This is a marketing website for Prime Flex Parks, which leases flex warehouse units in Mentor and Westlake, Ohio. It is here to describe the properties and let you get in touch with us.

Both properties are pre-lease, and units described as available may not be. Nothing on this site is an offer, a reservation, or a commitment to lease, and no lease exists until both parties sign a written lease. If anything on this site conflicts with a signed lease, the lease controls.
Photographs and renderings may show representative units, finishes, or nearby areas rather than the exact unit you would lease.
Submitting a form
When you send an inquiry or tour request, you agree that the information you give is accurate and that you are authorized to give it. Submitting a form does not reserve a unit or create any obligation on our part. We handle what you send according to our Privacy Policy.
