What lease terms do you offer?

We offer flexible lease options designed to fit a variety of businesses. Available lease terms may vary by location and availability. Contact us to discuss the best option for your business.

Can I customize the space?

Yes. Our units are designed to be flexible. Depending on your needs, customization and build-out options may be available, including an optional 250 SF mezzanine.

What is included in my monthly rate?

Each unit includes approximately 1,500 SF of private space, a private restroom, 24/7 tenant access, keypad-controlled entry, access to on-site dumpster service, and use of the property's common areas and amenities. Utilities and other charges may vary by location.

How quickly can I move in?

Move-in timing depends on unit availability and any customization requested. Contact us for current availability and estimated move-in dates.

Is there a security deposit?

Security deposit requirements may vary based on the lease and tenant. We'll provide all deposit and move-in requirements before you sign your lease.

Can I receive mail and deliveries at my unit?

Yes. Your unit can serve as a commercial business address, allowing you to receive business mail and deliveries directly at your location.

Can I access my unit after normal business hours?

Yes. Tenants have 24/7 secure access to their units through keypad-controlled entry.

Is the property monitored?

Yes. Prime Flex Parks properties feature 24/7 video surveillance to provide added security for tenants and their businesses.

Can trucks and larger vehicles access the property?

Yes. Our properties are designed with business operations in mind and provide access for semi-trucks and other larger commercial vehicles.

Does each unit have a drive-in door?

Yes. Units feature a 14-foot grade-level drive-in door, making it easy to move vehicles, equipment, inventory, and materials directly into your space.

How tall are the ceilings?

Our units feature approximately 18+ foot clear heights, providing plenty of vertical space for storage, equipment, and a variety of business uses.

Is there a restroom inside my unit?

Yes. Every unit has its own private restroom.

Is parking available?

Yes. On-site parking is available for tenants and their businesses. Parking availability and permitted vehicle types may vary by location.

Can I use my unit for storage?

Yes. Units can accommodate business inventory, materials, tools, equipment, and other permitted business storage.

Is a mezzanine available?

Yes. An optional 250 SF mezzanine may be added to provide additional storage or usable space without taking away from your main floor area.

Are utilities separately metered?

Utilities and metering arrangements may vary by property and unit. We'll provide the specific utility information for your location before leasing.

Are dumpsters available?

Yes. On-site dumpster service is available for normal business waste, subject to property rules and restrictions.
